BizSAFE STAR is the highest level of recognition under Singapore’s nationally acclaimed BizSAFE programme, administered by the Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC). Unlike the lower levels, which focus on building foundational safety capabilities, BizSAFE STAR certifies that an organization has achieved excellence in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) management and risk control. BizSAFE STAR Certificate & Renewal

Arrange for a MOM-approved WSH auditor to conduct an RM Implementation Audit. Ensure all risk management procedures and documentation are up-to-date and compliant.

Gather Documents:

SS506 or ISO 45001 certificate
RM Implementation Audit report
Proof of completion for all BizSAFE levels

Online Submission:

Visit the WSHC BizSAFE portal to submit your application.

No Application Fee:

The process is free, but you must ensure all prerequisites are met.

Review and Approval:

WSHC will review your submission and, upon approval, issue your BizSAFE STAR certificate.

BizSAFE STAR Audit:

The audit is conducted by a MOM-approved WSH auditor and a SAC-accredited certification body.
Focuses on verifying the effectiveness of your WSHMS and risk management practices.
Includes document review, site inspections, and interviews with key personnel. Successful audit is mandatory for both initial certification and renewal.
